Workforce development is an interconnected set of solutions to meet employment needs. Changes to culture, attitudes, and people’s potential positively affect business’ success and employee's development and motivation.
1) Establish contact with us. A representatives of NIPA will meet with you/your department.
2) A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will be undertaken to identify competency gaps and the participants' employment daily requirements and deliverables.
3) Curriculum development: the outcome of the TNA will be used to develop a customized training by our internal experts.
4) Training will be delivered at the client’s convenience in relation to dates, times and location (onsite or at NIPA).
5) Certification: as per completion of predetermined units, all training offerings will be certified by NIPA.
6) Post training evaluation: a period of six months post certification, follow up evaluations of participants and their execution of tasks at their worksite will be carried out by NIPA experts. After which a report will be sent to their principals to ensure impactful quality outcome of this workforce development initiative.
